for real?

well, friends, today we learned a some valuable lessons in the world of photography.

1) cloudy days make great portraits. like really great.

2) you should never ever ever ever check the "delete after import" box on your photo importer.

3) back up your camera. 

because, i took almost 100 amazing shots of my girls mandy & rachel...

then lost them all.

oh.my.goodness.

i am raging. so badly right now.

i might cry.

oh wait. i am crying; because i'm five years old. its fine.

also on the menu for today:
hot chocolate.
dancing in the rain.
song writing in a sweater,
then
jam session at shane's.

this should be great.
